Service Description

Alpha Truck Services provides comprehensive truck care services in the following categories:

• Full range of diagnostics: advanced computer-based analysis using OEM diagnostic software for accurate problem identification.
• Maintenance: Regular preventative services to maximize vehicle reliability and prevent costly breakdowns.
• Repairs: Expert solutions for engine, transmission, fuel systems, brakes, and all critical truck components.
• Fleet Services: Customized maintenance programs for commercial fleets.

Appointment Scheduling

When scheduling an appointment through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Emergency repairs may take priority over scheduled appointments.

Service Estimates

Upon initial diagnosis of your vehicle, we will provide a cost estimate for the required services. This estimate is based on our assessment of the visible issues and may be subject to change if additional problems are discovered during the repair process. We will obtain your permission before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

Service Performance

Our technicians have over 10 years of experience and utilize professional diagnostic software. We commit to performing all services with professional skill and care, using quality parts and materials. Our regular business hours are 8am to 5pm, with emergency service available.

Emergency Services

We provide emergency repair services with a typical response time of 30 minutes to 1 hour. Mobile repair services are available for situations where bringing your truck to our facility is not possible. Additional fees may apply for emergency and mobile services.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your vehicle and its problems
• Making your vehicle available at the scheduled appointment time
• Promptly communicating any concerns about services performed
• Paying for services rendered according to our payment terms
• Following recommended maintenance schedules to maintain vehicle performance

Limitation of Liability

Alpha Truck Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
